Terms of service
Welcome to Razeen Academy. By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the privacy policy and the refund policy. The Arabic version prevails if the two differ.
1. About the platform
Razeen Academy is an educational cloud security platform offering hands-on labs built around a fictional company. All names and data inside the labs are fictional (synthetic dataset), and any resemblance to a real organization is unintended.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address that you own.
- An account is for one person and may not be shared or sold.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity on your account.
- If you are under 18, use the platform with your guardian's consent.
3. Acceptable use
The platform is for learning only. You must not:
- Run any test or attack outside the scope defined in a lab, including against the Razeen platform itself.
- Use what you learn on any system or account you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Publish or publicly share lab solutions or flags.
- Try to disrupt the platform or access other users' data.
If you find a vulnerability in the platform itself, please email it to razeenacad@gmail.com instead of exploiting or publishing it. Thank you.
4. Lab environments
Some labs use real AWS resources set up specifically for that purpose. Permission is limited to what the lab asks of you, and any interaction with these resources beyond the lab's instructions breaches these terms.
5. Credits and payment
- Prices are shown in Saudi riyals on the credits page.
- Credits never expire, and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's content, including labs, scenarios, explanations and designs, belongs to Razeen Academy. You may use it for your personal learning, and may not copy, republish or sell it without permission.
7. Limits of liability
- The content is educational, and completing labs is not an accredited professional certification.
- We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but it may occasionally be down for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, and spent credits are not refunded in that case.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
