Refund policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for credits bought from Razeen Academy, and how to request one. It follows the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Unused credits

You can get a refund for credits that have not been used within seven days of purchase, without giving a reason.

2. Used credits

Credits spent on a lab are not refundable, because the lab becomes available to you as soon as you start it.

3. Faults on our side

If a credit was spent and you could not complete the lab because of a fault on our side (such as the lab environment being down or answer checking failing), we return the credit to your balance.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra amount in full.

5. How to request a refund

• Email us at razeenacad@gmail.com from the address registered on your account.
• Include the transaction number and purchase date.
• We reply within 5 business days, and the amount is returned to the original payment method.

6. When a refund is not possible

• More than seven days have passed since purchase.
• The credits were spent on labs that have already been started.
